Share your treasures at RiverLakes auction

Come support the community and advertise your business by participating in the “Share the Treasure” auction, starting at 5:30 p.m.,  May 5 at RiverLakes Community Church on Calloway Drive.

Items to be sold at the silent and live auction are now being accepted, according to Will Hannah, donations coordinator.

“We’d love to see new items or services,” he said. “Gift cards, sports equipment, unique items and beauty services are expected to be in demand. We also need big ticket donations for the live auction. These are only limited by your imagination.”

Hannah suggests cars in new or classic condition, vacation getaways and furniture.

All donations are tax-deductible. To arrange pick-up or delivery of an item, contact the church office at 589-9733.

Tickets are $10, which includes a tri-tip and chicken dinner and admission to the silent auction. Tickets are available by calling RiverLakes Community Church at 589-9733.

All proceeds from the event will be used to support short- and long-term Christian missionaries who “share the treasure” of heaven around the world.
