Beware of vehicle break-ins in Polo Grounds

0 responses 0 comments This morning, I pulled up to my parents home -- where one of my cars has been parked recently -- and noticed that the back door of the car was slightly open. Not thinking much of it, I went off to work. I then received a phone call from my mom, who said that my car had been broken into and the speakers and CDs had been stolen. My son was devastated, as these were all of the CDs he owned. I later heard from a neighbor that this has been happening in that neighborhood for at least a couple of months. Thieves are getting into the cars and taking what they can grab. Apparently, the thieves don't like country music, because they left the country CDs on the bumper of one of the cars they broke into.

So if you live in the Polo Grounds, make sure to lock your car at all times and turn on your alarms!
