More than 50 junior high students participated in the “Parent Hunt” activity organized by the RiverLakes Community Church on March 11.
The students gathered at RiverLakes Community Church where they were then split up into groups before heading to Valley Plaza Mall.
With a leader in tow, students were given an hour-and-a-half to find 15 parents they had been given pictures of.
Sound easy?
Two teams tied for first finding only 10 missing parents!
Afterward, parents and students alike met at Papa O’s to share funny stories and eat pizza.
To find out about more activities like this one, come to “The Wave” at 9:30 a.m., Sundays at RiverLakes.
Under the leadership of Joseph Bonura, students discover the Word of God from the Bible and fellowship with one another.
Or, if you would like to be a part of a junior high weekly Bible study, please contact Caitlin at the church, 589-9733.
