Joshua Speirs is a member of the North High School Track Team. His speciality is Pole Vaulting.
At the first meet of the season, the EB Relays at Bakersfield College, Joshua vaulted 13 feet 7 inches. This was not only a PR (personal record) for Joshua, but also won him the first-place medal and set a new Meet record!
As the entire track season lies before Joshua, he is excited and ready to continue to “Raise the Bar,” setting new PRs and reach greater heights.
Because of his enthusiasm for track, vaulting and life in general, Joshua Speirs makes an excellent Northwest Athlete of the Month!
