While I was still pregnant, I began to look for a workout program I could do with my baby because I knew I would have a lot of work cut out for me. In early May when my son was about 4 ½ months old, I decided to try out Stroller Strides, a workout program designed for moms and babies.
I showed up for my first class not knowing what to expect. I wanted to meet other moms but was worried the class would be more of a social hour than a workout. Boy was I wrong! It was a great full body workout and I knew I would feel it the next day. Needless to say, I signed up for a membership on the spot.
I have been a member for about four months now. I have lost just about all of my baby weight and I couldn’t have done it without Stroller Strides. It was hard to find the time and motivation to work out on my own after having my son. This program works perfectly for me because the classes get me up and going in the morning. I not only look forward to working out but also seeing the other mommies.
Stroller Strides has been such a great experience. I am so glad I found such a unique exercise program. I would encourage all women of all different fitness levels and ages, to come to a free class and give it a try.
