Greetings, Northwest neighbors!

I know it's a little early for your reminder about the next issue. In fact, you're probably just receiving the current issue (see below).  This is a good time to also remind you that once you receive the current Northwest Voice, I'm already getting ready to make the NEXT one!

With that said, there's a deadline approaching, and I want to give you advance notice.

It's the

4th of July issue!

• Submissions are needed for the July 2nd issue of The Northwest Voice
• If you'd like to submit something with a patriotic theme, now's the time!
• Deadline is Tuesday, June 24th at 9 p.m.
• We also need your "Take The Voice on Vacation" photo contest entries (make sure we can see a copy of "The Voice" in your summer photos!)
• How about blogs, thoughts, or photos with an Americana theme? Don't feel limited, though -- we'll take anything!
• "Hey, Dad," our fatherly advice columnist, is waiting to answer your questions about parenthood or life and has already given some great advice to several readers. Click above to read the dialog.

The Northwest Voice, June 18th issue!!

Community contributor Patty Scott researched and called and hunted down prices and locations for all sorts of summertime fun so that YOU wouldn't have to!  Be sure to get a copy (or two) of this issue to keep on hand when the kids soon say, "I'm bored!"
