Mike Loguidice Celebrates 12 Years with Delta Liquid Energy

Delta Liquid Energy (DLE) is pleased to announce Regional Sales Manager Mike Loguidice’s twelfth year with their company. Loguidice’s initial work started at the Lancaster plant in the sales department. By 1998 he had worked up to plant manager. While working there, Loguidice was offered District Sales Manager of the Bakersfield office in 2000 which led to his current position as Regional Sales Manager for Bakersfield and Lancaster as of 2004. He also worked a year-long tour at the Farmerville and Visalia Office in 2006.
“I can’t thank Mike enough for all the years of dedication and service to this company.” said Robert Jacobs, Vice President of Operations for DLE who hired Mike in 1996. “Mike makes a point to be knowledgeable and present his customer base with all types of opportunities to include stationary and on-road engine fuel applications. His efforts provide his customers with ideas and applications that lead to solutions for energy efficiency, reducing carbon emissions and providing lower fuel costs.”
Loguidice views himself as a “consulting” sales person and covers five different types of sales: commercial, agricultural, industrial, residential, and corporate relations. Mike’s formal responsibilities include customer service, customer relations between clients and the company, and providing consulting services. “My customers see me as their propane expert,” Loguidice said, “and they know they can rely on me. I get much satisfaction in their knowing that I am a steady resource to them.” Loguidice appreciates that DLE “still believes in customer service,” and strives to exemplify this philosophy daily.
Before becoming a DLE employee, Loguidice worked for Verizon Wireless (GTE at the time) in Thousand Oaks, CA, holding various craft and management positions. Loguidice opted for early retirement after 27 years of customer relations and administrative departments with GTE. He then went on to work for Metro Media in Bakersfield, CA, a computer software, paging, and cell phone company. It was while working for this company that he became acquainted with DLE and joined them two-and-a-half years later.
When not on the job, Loguidice enjoys fly fishing and horse camping with his wife, Raven. Their several horses, dogs, and chickens live with them on their ranch in Tehachapi. Loguidice is grateful, “DLE has always been good to me and my family. It’s a good place to work.”
Delta Liquid Energy is a third-generation, family-owned and operated propane dealer headquartered in Paso Robles, California. The company has been in business since 1936 and operates nine service facilities and two rail terminals throughout California.
