Craig Norman Porter and Sheila Ann Winburn are happy to announce their engagement. Craig and Sheila are to be joined in holy matrimony on Nov. 27, 2005, at 4 p.m. at Seven Oaks Country Club, with the reception immediately following. Craig is a chief deputy with the Kern County Sheriff Department. Sheila is retiring from the California State Department of Corrections.
