Good service not thing of the past

I recently hosted a large outdoor event in the back yard of my new home. I needed to purchase some large ceramic pots and plants to add color to the patio area.
I shopped several places, comparing availability, price, selection and service. I was so happy when I happened upon Cooper's Nursery on Calloway Drive. I meet with Stephanie Cooper, who was confident that her supplier and staff could meet my tight timeframe and needs.
However, the day of the event came and the pots had not been delivered. I had so many things going on that I had failed to follow up on the pots.
Then about four hours before the event I received a call from Stephanie saying the pots were not going to be available. Stephanie asked if I was going to be at home and if I could make my back yard available within the next hour, because she had a plan.
Stephanie and some of her staff arrived and within minutes my patio was full of color and temporary pots. The event went well.
This excellent service and follow through used to be a thing of the past. But I know now it is alive and well, locally owned and operated, and available at Cooper's.
