MICKEY MOUSE RICE KRISPIE TREATS

1⁄4 cup butter

2 tablespoons honey

6 cups Rice Krispies

1 large bag marshmallows

Coating chocolate for ears

Butter bottom and sides of a jelly roll pan 10x15. Set aside to be used later. Melt butter in a 3-quart saucepan over low heat. Add honey and marshmallows, stirring constantly until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat. Immediately add Rice Krispies and stir to coat evenly. Press warm mixture into buttered pan. Cool. Cut out Mickey Mouse head shapes. Melt coating chocolate. Paint Mickey Mouse ears with chocolate. The number of treats will depend on how big Mickey's head is.

*If you look on some of the Rice Krispies boxes in the supermarket, they
have a Mickey Mouse head on the inside of the box to be cut out.
