CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD

 

 

 

2 small heads of cabbage (chopped small)

 

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked and chopped)

 

3 packs of dry Chinese noodles (Top Ramen) just noodles

 

8 tablespoons "toasted" sesame seeds (oven or toaster oven until brown)

 

8 tablespoons "toasted" blanched slivered almonds

 

8 green onions (chopped)

 

 

Mix cabbage, chicken and green onion together in a bowl.

 

Add remaining items just before serving and mix with dressing.

 

 

DRESSING

 

 

1 cup cooking oil

 

6 tablespoons rice vinegar

 

4 tablespoons sugar

 

2 teaspoons salt

 

1 teaspoon pepper

 

1 teaspoon Accent

 

 

Mix together (shake) pour over salad and mix just before serving.
