ORANGE BAR-B-QUE RIBS

1 rack of pork ribs

1 bottle of regular Kraft barbecue sauce

4 tablespoons presweetened orange Kool -Aide

Aluminum foil

Cookie sheet

 

  1. Set oven at 350 degrees
  2.  Mix barbecue sauce with Kool-Aide
  3.  Rinse ribs
  4. Make an open "pup tent" of foil for ribs to be placed in.
  5. Put ribs in tent, baste ribs generously with sauce, close tent completely.
  6. Put on cookie sheet, bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  7. Open up tent, turn off oven and turn on broiler. Raise bake rack to the top of oven and broil ribs till they get crispy brown. 3 to 4 minutes
  8. Remove and serve.
