Marguerite and her husband Dr. Jack Mosier have lived in the Northwest since 1990. They have four children and five grandchildren. Jack is retired from the State of California Department of Education. Marguerite enjoyed being a stay at home mom with her children. Her hobbies include oil painting, china painting and ceramics. This is a great recipe to make ahead for your holiday breakfast.
Eggs Fluff
1/2 c butter - melt in casserole
Mix and add:
10 eggs
1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
dash salt
8 oz can diced green chilies
1 pint cottage cheese
1 lb shredded jack cheese
Bake at 400*
Can be refrigerated overnight. If cold, it takes about 30 min
