Connie and her husband Herman have lived in the Northwest for 21 years.

They have two sons, two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  They

have been volunteering at the Kern County Fair since 1964.  They are

currently co chairmen of Mineral and Mining.  This recipe for Avocado Pie

surprises most people about how good it tastes.  It is easy to prepare

and tastes like a lemon pie.

                                            AVOCADO PIE

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 ripe avocodo

3 1/2 oz lemon juice

Blend in blender.  Pour into a graham cracker shell.  Cover with cool whip and chill.  I put it in the freezer.
