I would like to nominate my former teacher,
Mrs. Mills as the Educator of the Month. She was
my 8th grade reading/launguage arts teacher,
at Norris Middle School.I have always liked writing
and thanks to Mrs. Mills my writing has improved.
She was not only an effective teacher, she also
made learning fun. Mrs. Mills was someone who
made a difference in the life of all of her students,
even some of the ones she didn't have in her class.
She was always prepared for any questions we
threw at her. Mrs. Mills always loved to entertain
us with her funny stories from her past. One of my
favorite stories she told us was when she fell off her
husband's Harley! I will miss Mrs. Mills very much,
but I know that there will be other students who
will enjoy her teachings as much as I have.
I will truely never forget Mrs. Mills.
