The Golden State Quartet will host a Southern gospel music concert with their guests: The Johnson Family and Jerry Pearson. This evening event will take place on Sunday, Dec. 3, at 6 pm.  Admission is free, and a love offering will be received. The public is invited. Dec. 4
The Days of  The Reckoning Tour featuring, Pillar, Day of Fire, Decyfer Down and the Showdown, will be held Monday, Dec. 4, starting at 7 p.m. at the The Oaks Church, 10200 Campus Park Drive.  Advance tickets are $15.  This is a family event. Dec. 12
The Bakersfield High School Choirs, under the direction of Christopher Borges, invite you to “Heal the World.”  This annual winter concert will be held Tuesday, Dec. 12, at 7 p.m. in the Harvey Auditorium of the Bakersfield High School campus. The choirs will be hosting a variety of local and national charities. There will be an opportunity for the audience to learn about and support these organizations in their efforts.  Admission is covered by bringing any piece of slightly-used or new clothing to be donated to the Bakersfield Rescue Mission and the Salvation Army.
