I am part of the staff here at The Bakersfield Californian, and one of the helpers of NorthwestVoice.com (to be specific the one that helps keep up this website). I have been living in Bakersfield for about 9 years, and am currently an enrolled student at Bakersfield College. I am too young to be a father, but do enjoy kids (possibly have some of mine own, but in a lot of years from now :].)

I am heavy into Golf, Motocross, and am part of a HipHop dance crew. Between school, work, and this fun hobbies, oh and not to mention a girlfriend, I stay pretty darn busy! But I definitely love life, and try to live it to the fullest.

As for my background, I was born in Fresno, and raised mostly in Yosemite Lakes Park, CA (about 15-20 miles from Bass Lake.) It was awesome living in the mountains for the most part, but was hard being a kid up there. My dad received a job at Lone Star Trucking and in 1999 was when we moved to Bakersfield. I still live with both parents, and have one sibling who is my brother, Rick; and of course his newlywed wife, Carla, who's a great sister-in-law.
