I was born and raised in Bakersfield; however, did not move to the Northwest until 1994. The people out here are terrific, kind, polite and all want to see their children educated. My hat is off to the Norris School District, Norris School and Bimat School. Bimat Principal, Mr. Boles, is no non sense and puts children first. A first class, stand up man, just as the Superintendent and his second in command. I am a retired homicide detective, opening up a unique collection service. I have a PhD in Psychology, a Master's in Education and a Bachelor's in Criminology. Two great and well educated sons, who give me little grief and my wife, Barbara, owner/operator of Ciao Bella, 242 H Street, is a highly qualified skin care specialist and manicurist.
