Dorothy Anne Walter was Killed, March 5,2006,  by 25 year old,  Danny Espinoza of  Ventura, California who was street racing on a city street in Bakersfield,CA.

Street racers KILL innocent people

Dorothy Anne Walter was  killed  by  Danny  Espinoza. On March 5, 2006.  I am here to be a voice for my mom and best friend "Dorothy Anne Walter".

I have to drive past where my mom Dorothy Anne Walter was killer every day.  The loss and devastation, that we are forced to live  with  each day , doesn't get any better I still can't sleep.

Danny   Espinoza   has  total disregard for the law, life and safety of others,

every time he got in his car to drive he was breaking the law ,driving  with out  insurance.

This is not the 1st. Time, or 2nd or even the 3rd, but the 4th time he was caught [that I  know of] excessive speeding ,this time it was  94 miles hour on a city street, at  night  with his headlights turned  off.

and he killed" Dorothy   Anne   Walter."

To me, he is worse than a drunk driver ,because he know exactly what he was doing,  breaking  the law, and did it anyway, he didn't care

when he took off from the light at Buna Vista ,with his head lights turned off, in the dark ,speeding ,he was breaking the law again,

 his car,  became a weapon.

and he used that weapon  to kill  Dorothy Anne Walter.

There has been  no remorse, from  Daniel  Espinoza  or his family  for the killing  of my mom. He, his family, and friends glared at my family every time we were in court.   

My mom, "Dorothy  Anne Walter"  was a wonderful person  she enjoyed  life, family and friends we were best friends, their  hasn't  been  a  minute  of the day or night that I haven't been thinking about her ,

and how much  we  are missing out on,  without  her.

It's hard to put in to words the senseless killing of my mother ,

all because 25 year old Daniel "Danny"Espinoza, wanted to race two other cars.
