Greetings everyone, I wish to thank everyone who has input regarding horses. Actually, I have been doing a lot of research regarding trainers. There are many excellent trainers in Kern county, but i am seeking a very basic training for my "Abby". I am presently handling some her groundwork and, I'm pleased, as she seems to advance. Can anyone give me advice on how to train a horse. I presently own a Quarter horse(Buckskin "DUN). She will be two at the end of April. So far, she has been a wonderful child to care for, since she seems receptive to my commands. I have not ridden her, yet! She has been a lot fun.Any imput? I am learning that it will be very expensive to maintain her, but it will all be worth it. I am finding out that ii has been excellent investment in my years after 50!
